Most of our Shipments are via the USPS. In their own words:

USPS Statement on Coronavirus

The United States Postal Service is closely monitoring the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation and continues to follow strategies and measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and public health departments.

The CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/faq.html), the World Health Organization (https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/q-a-coronaviruses), and the Surgeon General have indicated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail.

Crazy Jerry's Inc Shipping Policy

This is simple. Once you place your order, we will make the best effort to get your order out the door in 2 days (many times in one day). We typically ship via the USPS priority mail. Once your order is shipped, we will contact you with the actual ship date with applicable tracking number. Priority ground shipping usually takes 2-3 days, however the delivery date is not guaranteed. For packages that have to be there in 2 business days, or by the next business day, we typically recommend Express Shipping.

Just say'n - If there's damage, we will replace the damaged item(s). Please email us a picture of the damaged goods so that we can put in a claim with the shipping company. Thank you!
